2 night stay, fornightly basis

Hi,
I am a father/husband working in London each fortnight, travelling over from Belfast. I am looking for a room for 2 nights on a fornightly basis, likely Tuesday and Wednesday night, however some small flexibility in this would be ideal. I'll be at work/out the majority of the daytime - really just need a bed (single or double is fine), access to a bathroom and somewhere to wash some clothes.
