28 M - Looking for friendly house/ flat share!

Ello! I'm Hugo, 28, moved to London 2 years ago from Hong Kong, and the rest is history.

I work in brand strategy and design at Oval, so I am looking for new places at a commutable distance along the Northern Line, or South West (e. g. Putney, Richmond).

I mostly work in the office 3-4 days a week, and WFH on Monday/ Friday.

My budget is around £1,300 pcm, although I’m happy to be flexible for the right place. I’m ideally looking to move in around mid-end of September, but I can be flexible on dates.

I have been living with the same British flatmate in Bow in the past 2 years. She found a boyfriend and is now moving in with him, so now it’s time for me to explore a new area to live in! I shared responsibility with my flatmate on all flat stuff like cleaning and taking the trash out, etc, and I am flexible on how you would like to approach it.

A bit about me - I am clean, tidy, communicative and love a good chat. I like going out to dine, have a glass or two, equally to cook in and let my friends try Tiktok recipes. One minor detail is I am gay (lols), and I am looking for non-homophobes and ideally queers or allies!

I am keen to become friends with my flatmate, instead of just people whom I live with.
