Jonny, 23, Looking for a room in South West London

I’m Jonny, 23, starting a new job as a Quantity Surveyor in September, my new office is based right next to Wandsworth common. I’ll be in the office 5 days a week.

I’m looking for a room in Balham/Clapham/Tooting/Wandsworth (SW17 / SW12 ideally). I’m pretty easy going with regards to the room itself and the length of occupation.

I’m looking for quite a social house but will also have my own thing going on. I like a pint, football/golf (most sports) and going to the gym.

Let me know if you have a room available or you’d be interested in searching for a place with me. My budget is around £1,000 all in, pushing to £1,100 max.
