I am currently transitioning into a school term-time role and have a Universal Credit claim set up as a financial safety net. I want to be entirely transparent that I do not have a UK guarantor; however, I am fully self-funded with £1,900 in personal savings. I am completely ready to pay a full deposit and the first month's rent upfront upon signing.

I can also easily provide a factual tenant reference from my current Coventry estate agents to confirm my perfect rent payment history.

I am a mature, peaceful housemate who values a quiet co-living environment. In my spare time, I enjoy further academic reading, art and crochet.
