Room to rent - Titanic Quarter

I'm searching for a room to rent that's a manageable commute to the Titanic Quarter. I keep things neat and tidy, and I appreciate having a calm and comfortable place to relax in the evenings after work. I'm friendly and easygoing, and I enjoy going out for social nights from time to time.
I will be working in the office, not from home.
It would be preferable is parking was available.
