Hi!

We’re Emmanuel and Gideon, two friendly, clean and respectful working professionals looking for a 2 or 3-bedroom flat/house in London.

We’re ideally looking for:

• Whole Property 2–3 bedrooms
• Zones 1–3
• Up to £1,300 pcm total rent
• Good transport links into Central London
• A clean, well-maintained property
• Long-term tenancy of at least 12 months
• Ideally available to move into soon / flexible on move-in date

A little about us: we’re both working professionals with stable employment and are looking for somewhere we can genuinely make our home for the longer term. We’re clean, tidy and respectful of the property and neighbours, and we’re both non-smokers.

We’re not looking to move into an existing house share. we’re specifically looking to rent an entire 2 or 3-bedroom property together.

We’re fairly flexible on location within Zones 1–3 and would be particularly interested in areas with convenient Underground, Elizabeth line, DLR or National Rail connections.

We’re happy to provide employment details, references and any other information required, and we're available for viewings.
