Accommodation Wanted Near Rivelin Primary School

I am a visiting scholar at the University of Sheffield, looking for accommodation for myself and my seven-year-old son.

Requirements:

* Within approximately 10 minutes’ walk of Rivelin Primary School, preferably no more than 1 km away
* Suitable for one parent and one child
* Bills included
* A private/en-suite bathroom is strongly preferred
* Furnished accommodation preferred
* Long-term tenancy of approximately 12 months
* Available to move in soon

We are quiet, clean and responsible tenants. My son has already been allocated a place at Rivelin Primary School.
