Friendly Student Looking for Affordable Room

Hi! I'm a friendly, respectful and tidy international student from Nepal, startingmy studies at the University of Roehampton in september 2026.
I'm looking for an affordable room in south west london, preferably around Roehampton, Barnes, Wimbledon or Wandsworth, as being close to umiversity is very important to me and will help me keep my travel costs low.
ABOUT ME:
I'm quiet ,clean and considerate of other people's space. I'm happy to sociolise and get to know my flatmates, but I also respect privacy and personal time. l'm responsible with shared spaces and would like to live in a friendly and peaceful household.
STUDIES:
I'll be studying at he university of Roehampton in bachelors of adult nursing from september 14th 2026 .
WHAT I'm LOOKING FOR:
•Budget :up to 350 pound per month.
• Preferably furnished.
•Preferably bills included.
•Good access to the University of Roehampton
•Shared bathroom is completely fine
• Shared kitchen is fine
•A clean, safe and respectful household
• Female household/flatmates preferred
DEAL-BREAKERS:
•Smoking inside the property
•Very noisy or party-focused households
• Unsafe or poorly maintained accomodation
I'm flexible about the room and facilities as long as the accomodation is clean, safe, affordable and reasonably close to the university.
