Primary school teacher looking for a flatshare

Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a primary school teacher moving to the area for work and looking for a comfortable flatshare (2-4 people), ideally with a move-in date within the next week or two (the closer to the Southwark area, the better).

I’m friendly, easy-going and sociable, but I also really value having a calm home environment. Because of teaching, my weekday routine is pretty structured , I’m usually up early and early to bed, so I’m not looking for a party house. I’m very respectful of other people’s routines and space.
Main things I’m looking for:

-Clean and tidy communal areas
-Quiet/reasonable weekday evenings
-Friendly and respectful flatmates
-comfortable room where I can properly settle in
-Ideally somewhere I can stay longer term if it’s a good fit
