Looking for a room/flat to rent up to £650pcm

I am looking for any room/flat urgently up to £650 pcm as I recently had to leave the house I was renting due to the landlord selling up. I am not picky about potential housemates just as long as everyone is respectful and clean.

I am currently 26 years old (27 on 19/08), I do struggle with anxiety so I'd be rather quiet at first until I become comfortable with you. I'll always be very respectful to all and always be quiet in my room, never be problematic to anyone.

IMPORTANT TO LANDLORDS:

I am currently unemployed due to the severity of my anxiety in public scenarios, although I do work for my mother's boyfriend where possible. I receive help with housing so around £400/500 of rent would be covered for externally, and I also receive more than enough monthly to cover any excess rent/bills. I know a lot of landlords tend to be rather unsure about taking on people in similar situations but I assure you that the payments on my end would always be made on time and I would not struggle with said payments.

I can also request references if necessary from my prior landlord and the landlord I had while I was in shared accommodation at university.
