Looking for double room in friendly house

Hi! I’m looking to move to Bristol around September/October time, with the budget as described, although I have a little flexibility for the right place.

I’m looking for a double room in a friendly house share, ideally furnished, but I do have some of my own furniture so would also be happy with an unfurnished room. I work in HR at a law firm and usually work from home around 2 days a week, so ideally I’d need enough space for a small desk in the room, or somewhere suitable to work in a communal area.

I moved back to Bath last August after living in London for 5 years, where I house-shared the whole time, so I’m very used to living with other people. I’m now looking to move to Bristol as most of my friends are in the area.

I’m tidy, respectful of other people’s space, and considerate of different working hours and routines. I’m more than happy to do my bit to keep the house clean and tidy and make sure it’s a nice space for everyone to live in.

Ideally, I’d love to find a house where I can become friends with my housemates and spend time together both in and outside of the house, whilst also appreciating having my own space and time.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, running and anything creative, particularly pottery, painting and crochet. I also enjoy socialising and love a good pub, paritcularly if it has live music!
