Hi I'm Karla! I’m moving to London from New Zealand and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly flatshare.

I’m tidy, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m looking for somewhere I can feel at home rather than just a temporary place to stay.

I’m particularly interested in Walthamstow, Leyton, Stratford and surrounding areas, although I’m open to other well-connected areas of East/North-East London.

What I’m looking for:
• Furnished room preferred
• Good transport links
• Clean and comfortable shared home
• Friendly and respectful flatmates
• Initial short term arrangement (3 months)
• Budget around £900–£1,100 pcm, depending on the room and bills
