28M looking to Buddy Up

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old guy working in market research, currently living outside London and looking to make the move into the city this autumn (ideally Oct or Nov). My job is hybrid, so I’ll be commuting into the office 2–3 days a week and working from home the rest of the time. I’m very conscientious, respectful of shared spaces, and keep things clean.

About me:
I'm active and love the outdoors. I play football, enjoy hiking and birdwatching. I’m looking for a "home" - somewhere we can hang out but also respect each other's downtime and space.

What I'm looking for:
I'm hoping to buddy up with a like-minded person (or people) around a similar age.
Budget: £800 – £1,100 per month (excluding bills).
Location: Ideally looking along the Metropolitan Line around the Harrow, Wembley, or Finchley Road areas, but I can be flexible on location if it's a good fit
