23-year-old professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Sam, 23, and I’ll be moving to London in late august/early September to start a graduate role in media audit near Tottenham Court Road.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful flat rather than a party household. I’m tidy, considerate in shared spaces, and used to living with other people.

Outside work, I’m mainly into music (listening and writing), films, and travel. I grew up in Indonesia, so I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures.

I’m looking for a double room for around 6 months or longer, ideally with a move-in date between 25 August and 1 September. My budget is up to £900 pcm excluding bills, or $1000 pcm including bills, depending on location and the room.

I have a long-term girlfriend who is in her final year of university, and she would stay with me occasionally (roughly one weekend per month), which I prefer to mention upfront.

Happy to provide references from previous landlords or flatmates if needed.
