We’re both students, tidy, quiet, non-smokers, no pets. While we’re currently building our careers and actively job hunting, we’re able to cover the deposit and rent upfront in full and can provide proof of funds. We don’t currently have a UK guarantor, so we’re especially open to landlords or agencies who accept guarantor alternatives (e. g. rent-in-advance schemes, guarantor insurance services like Housing Hand, or a larger deposit).
