Graduate Sept Start - short let, Victoria commute

Hi, I’m Olly. I’m a recent graduate starting a Product Management role in Victoria this September, and I’m looking for a room from early September.

Being upfront: this is a short let. I’ll be moving into a flat with two friends once they’re ready, so I’m looking at two months minimum and I’m happy to stay longer if that suits you. I know that works better for some people than others, and I’d rather be clear now than surprise anyone later.

Budget: up to £1,300 pcm bills included for somewhere within walking distance of Victoria — Pimlico, Westminster, the Belgravia fringes. Further out in Clapham, Battersea, Balham, Streatham or Tooting I’m looking at £1,000–1,100.

About me: quiet, clean and easy to live with. I’ll be in the office three days a week, I train most mornings and play golf at weekends, and I don’t smoke. My girlfriend is based in Hampstead so she’d stay over occasionally rather than being around all the time. Happy to be sociable or keep to myself — whatever suits the house.

I can provide my signed employment contract, ID and references straight away, and I’m ready to move quickly for the right place.
