Postgraduate student looking for shared accom

I am a 22 yo incoming masters student at university of Manchester. Looking for shared house/flat where I can reliably commute for uni. Ideally looking for flatmates who are also attending or of similar age.

Logistics:

Budget: £140 per month (ideally with bills included)

Move-in date: End of September/Early October

Length of stay: 12 months

About me:
I am friendly, outgoing, and love to socialize—whether that's heading to the local pub to play cards or playing a game of badminton. On the other hand, I also love chilling out in communal areas and having movie nights together.

I am very respectful of shared spaces. I always clean up after myself immediately after cooking and take the bins out regularly. I am also keen to help with all weekly chores, such as vacuuming and mopping shared spaces, to keep the place nice for everyone.
