22 female seeks houseshare - Aug/Sep

Hi! I’m Madeleine, 22, and I’m looking for a room in a friendly flatshare from late August/early September. I’ll be moving to London for my first graduate role in finance, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with good transport links into Moorgate.

Areas: I’m mainly looking around Clapham, Balham, Fulham, Putney, Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill, Shoreditch, Hackney, Bethnal Green and surrounding areas, but I’m open to other areas if the flat and location are right.

Budget: Ideally around £800–£900 pcm without bills, but I can stretch to £950 for the right place.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Wales and have just finished university. Outside of work, I love Pilates, coffee, reading, travelling, going to the pub, trying new restaurants and exploring London. I’m also a big F1 fan and generally enjoy keeping active and making the most of weekends.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room. I’d particularly love to live with girls around a similar age who are sociable and would be up for becoming friends, whether that’s grabbing a coffee, going for a drink, trying a new restaurant, having a cosy night in or exploring different parts of London together.

A living room and/or some outdoor space would be a big bonus, but isn’t essential.
