Hi! I’m a 25 year old professional looking to move out and find a lovely female housemate/room share.

I’m looking for someone around a similar age who is friendly, clean and respectful, and ideally someone who would actually enjoy being friends rather than just living alongside each other!

I’m looking for somewhere modern, clean and homely, ideally with good amenities and a nice location Birmingham city centre/jewellery quarter. I’m open to finding an existing room or potentially finding someone to look for a place together.

I’m sociable and love going to the gym, cooking, going out for food/drinks and having a chilled night in. I’m looking for a similar balance, someone who is happy to socialise but also respects having their own space.
