Looking for a flat, or a flat share

Hi! I'm starting my student course in mid-September and looking for a room. I’m quite tidy, respectful of personal space, and love a good night out, but I also appreciate a relaxed, social vibe at home.

I do have my savings, student loan and a guarantor sorted. I'm happy to pay a few months of rent upfront.

Important note: I have a pet parrot! Because of their highly sensitive respiratory systems, the household must be entirely smokefree (including incense, and scented candles). Look forward to hearing from you!
