Hello!

I'm Isabelle (29, veggie), I’m looking for a double bedroom in Bristol from September (£800 max bills inc.). I'm moving there to start my fully funded PhD research at the University of Bristol.

I’m a very tidy but sociable person, I’ve flatshared for many years but also lived on my own. I would like to find a place to call home, peaceful but also where I can have a chat or sociable gatherings with flatmates and friends. I respect others’ space and downtime but I won't mind living with a sociable bunch. I love cooking and sharing a meal, going out for a walk or swim and more generally spend time outdoors. I'm looking forward to see more of Bristol and the South West, as I tend to spend a lot of time exploring wild camping. I volunteer in a community garden here so I’m hoping to find something similar in Bristol. More info about me: I am pretty active as I practice yoga, and I rollerskate when the weather is nice. In winter I usually chill at home and I dedicate more of my time reading, knitting and crochet.
I am hoping to find like-minded people of similar interests.

Moving date: 13 / 14th September but happy to pay the whole monthly rent (maybe late August too) if necessary

Areas preferred: 30 mins max with public transport from UoB.

As a (mature) student I am exempted from council tax so ideally I'd prefer a place that doesn't include it but I understand it might be almost impossible.
