Looking at areas in SW/W/NW

Hi,

Looking for a property (non council block) in London which is within a 45 min commute from Waterloo. Ideal tube lines would be central, northern and district. I’ll be working as a paralegal alongside my degree so will be fairly busy. So, will be keen to go to the pub when I get the time.

Been living with others since I was 13 so very familiar with living in shared spaces and having to be considerate. Looking for a sociable housemate (s) who are similar to me and aren’t just looking for a place to sleep. Lived with 6 of my mates at uni so someone social who isn’t just going to hide away in their room would be great.

I’m a big football fan, support Bournemouth and am looking to go to some London away games.
