I’m looking for a long-term furnished room ...

I’m looking for a long-term furnished room in Edinburgh, ideally in a quiet, clean and well-connected area with good access to the city centre. I’m hoping to find a home rather than simply a place to stay.

I’m 25 and have recently completed my Master’s degree at Queen’s University Belfast. I’m now relocating to Edinburgh to establish myself professionally, with work in the consulting/technology and hospitality sectors. I’m financially independent, responsible and looking for somewhere I can settle for the longer term.

I’d ideally like to live with friendly, respectful and considerate flatmates who are comfortable having their own lives while also being open to the occasional shared meal, conversation, walk or evening together. I’m particularly interested in a calm household rather than a party flat, and I value cleanliness, communication and mutual respect.

As a flatmate, I’m quiet, tidy and fairly independent. I’m happy to contribute properly to household chores and keep shared spaces clean. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, walking and hiking, exploring parks, video games, tabletop games and having good conversations. I’m sociable when the opportunity arises.
