Searching for affordable place near LCF

Hello I'm Jo. I'm an incoming female student at University of the Arts London. I'm 25 and I'll be studying while taking on remote side jobs.

I'm looking for a place near London College of Fashion (Stratford area), under 1000 pounds per month (everything included). I like to keep it quiet in my room, I don't smoke and I do not keep pets. Before London, I've lived in China, Japan, Canada and Netherlands long-term sharing flats with people, and Ive enjoyed my experience so far.
I prefer female/nonbinary roommates who like to keep the common space clean and quiet.

Currently I'm not in London (arriving on Sept.14) but I have a friend who could help me view the property after Aug.20.
