26yo Aussie looking for a friendly, sociable home

I’m Shlok - 26, from Melbourne, Australia, and just moved to London after a year travelling around the world.

The boring stuff:
I am looking for a room in Hackney near London Fields, Haggerston, Victoria Park, Dalston or any other surrounding areas. I work in data analytics and I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and am reliable with bills.

The good stuff:
I really love sharing a home with people - not just living alongside each other, but actually getting to know the person I live with. I love good chats over dinner and especially those deep, honest conversations about life and the world that somehow keep you talking until midnight.

When I’m not working, I’m usually out in nature - hiking, climbing, running or playing some kind of sport. I’m also into meditation, cooking and learning Spanish.

I’m ultimately looking for warm, genuine people and a home that feels comfortable, welcoming and social.
