Exchange Student Seeking Private Studio

Hi! I’m a Canadian exchange student attending the University of Portsmouth for one term and am looking for a private studio or one-bedroom flat from 1 September to 31 December 2026.

I’m looking for a fully self-contained property with my own private kitchen and bathroom (no shared facilities), preferably furnished and within walking distance of the University of Portsmouth.

My budget is up to £900 per month. I’m clean, quiet and respectful, and will take good care of the property. As I’m only in Portsmouth for one term, I’m specifically looking for a 4-month/short-term tenancy.
