Quiet & Tidy looking for Double ground floor room

Hi, I am a tidy and quiet person who owns their own business. I work mainly from my studio but sometimes work from home. I'm looking for a double room (preferably en-suite) on the ground floor, preferably at the rear of the property as I have a cat. She is an older, chill cat who sleeps all day in her own space and is not adventurous. Access to the garden for her is important (I clean up after her, don't worry).

I wake early and sleep early at night and keep myself to my own space usually but am always up for a passing chat :)
