Looking for a flat share

I’ve been offered a job and am due to finalise everything on 18/08/2026, so I’m posting this slightly prematurely in the hope of getting something lined up ASAP!

A little bit about me, I’m 27 years young, spend far too much time at the gym, and love anything sports related. Formula 1 and football are my go tos, and yes, I support Liverpool, so I’m sure that’ll go down really well in Manchester.

Outside of the gym, I’m into walks, pubs, good food, coffee, cooking and baking, so birthday cakes are sorted.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and chatty, but also enjoys their own time and doing their own thing.

I’m clean and tidy and would ideally like to live with someone who is the same. I’m not expecting the place to be spotless 24/7 and I’m definitely not going to follow you around with a hoover, I just don’t want to live somewhere that gets grotty.

I’m also absolutely fine with having people round. If you want to have friends over for drinks, dinner or to socialise, I’m more than happy with that.

One important disclaimer, I LOVE country music. I promise I won’t be blaring it around the flat, unless you want to join in, in which case the more the merrier.

Basically looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and up for having a good relationship with their flatmate, but also happy doing their own thing.
