Looking for room!
Respectable, clean, 27 year old professional looking to find either a outbuilding/studio on my own or a double room (ideally with en-suite) in a property up to 1/2 to share with. Ideally would be happy to share a property with 1-2 people but not fussed about if you want to be friends or just live together professionally!
I work 8:30- 5 Monday to Friday in Canterbury, work from home once a week on average so ideal there is space for this.
Am an outgoing individual, open to share with most, do go out with friends and socialise but would always be respectful when returning home!
Also ideally a parking space but no essentially if I can park nearby.
