Looking for a room next month

Hi there,
I'm about to finish my Masters degree and will be looking for a place to stay once my accommodation tenancy here runs out. I am currently looking for a job, having had 2 years of experience, so my hope is to achieve this by the end of the year. In the meantime, I have enough savings to cover a stay until that time, as I won't be needing a great deal for expenses. Ideally, it would be great if in getting a job, I am allowed to extend my time here, but for now, I simply need a place to cover the rest of the year. I am a quiet and independent flatmate, just looking for a clean and safe place to stay. Ideally, this would be with other women just for peace of mind. If it helps to know for getting on with others, I am a musician (using headphones and a very quiet amp!), with an interest in history, anime and gaming.
