Looking for a flat or spare room in Colchester!

My partner and I are currently looking for a flat or a spare room in Colchester. My partner is an incoming postgraduate student at the University of Essex, and I am a postgraduate student graduating this September.
We are quiet, clean, and responsible individuals. We know how to keep a home tidy, organized, and well-maintained, and we deeply respect others' space and privacy. We are ready to move in this September. Since our rent will be fully supported, we can guarantee on-time payments. To provide extra reassurance to landlords or lead tenants, we are more than happy to pay 3 to 6 months of rent in advance if needed, and we can readily provide proof of funds.
We are planning to stay for 12 months from mid-September. Our budget is:
– Around £1,000/month for a whole flat.
– Around £700/month for a spare room. We are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartment or house.
