Houseshare in Aberdeen or surrounds

Hello, I am a 29yo professional working in the biotech industry. I am originally from Australia and am looking to relocate to the UK preferably in November, but am flexible for the period of October-December. My hope is to find short term accommodation so not anything longer than 6 months.

I don't smoke, I don't own pets, I don't own a car so parking is not an issue. I consider myself to be a friendly and easygoing person who can get along with anyone, and I place a high value on keeping things neat and tidy, and am always respectful of people's privacy and living spaces. I also don't mind doing a little yard work or odd jobs around the house if need be.

Ideally the room should be furnished and have utilities included. A laundry room is always a huge plus.
