Friendly fashion professional for London room

Hi! I’m Jeremy, 37, American and currently living in Edinburgh. I’m moving to London in mid-September for a new job in fashion retail in central London and am looking for a lovely room in a friendly, relaxed flatshare.

A little about me: I have a background in fashion, film and the arts, and currently work full-time in luxury fashion retail. I’m friendly, tidy, considerate and easygoing at home. I’m sociable and love having a chat, sharing a glass of wine or occasionally doing something together as a household, but I also really value having my own space and a calm home to come back to after work.

I’d ideally love to live with friendly, open-minded people around a similar stage of life. A queer/LGBTQ+ friendly household would be especially lovely.

Location-wise I’m fairly flexible, but I’m particularly interested in areas with an easy commute into the West End — Brixton, Stockwell, Vauxhall, Highbury & Islington, Finsbury Park, Walthamstow and surrounding areas are all on my radar.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than simply renting a room, and I’d love to find a household where everyone is respectful of each other but can also be friendly and social when the mood strikes.
