2 Professionals looking for a 2 bed flat/house

Hi Swansea.

A friend and I are looking for a property to rent within the SA1 area. We are open to sharing a property with someone else, but would prefer our own space.

Both of us are professionals, and we are in full-time employment. We are very active individuals and usually spend a lot of time in the gym. We both also enjoy cooking, exploring new things, and meeting new people.

When it comes to a buddy preference, ideally we are just looking for someone who is generally respectful of the property and the needs of others. We are both friendly and generally mature people, so we would prefer someone around our age.

We intend to stay in Swansea for the foreseeable future, so are happy to enter long-term tenancies. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Cheers!
