Friendly working professional looking to buddy up

Hi! I'm looking to move to Sheffield and I'm hoping to find someone to buddy up with and find a place together. I'm currently working full-time and looking to move fairly soon.
I'm friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going. I'd like a home where we can have a good laugh, chat and occasionally do things together rather than just living alongside each other. I'm also happy to have my own routine and give each other space when needed.
I'm into BJJ and fitness and like keeping active. I'm also trying to get myself into a better routine and be a bit more organised!
Ideally I'm looking for somewhere around £300–£400 each including bills, preferably Sheffield city centre or somewhere with good transport links. I'm pretty open to different areas and would be happy to look at places together and see what we can find.
