Single 28 year old professional female with no pets or dependants.

Currently renting a flat on my own but looking to reduce costs by going into a house share.

I would be a quiet tenant and keep to myself whilst respecting your space.

I work from home most days of the week, so space to be able to do this comfortably would be ideal.

Can be a little flexible on budget if the right opportunity comes up.
