24yo Proffesional Looking for Flatmate & 2 Bed

Hi, I’m moving into tech sales after previously working commercially in professional football and running my own business for a year.

I’m sociable and chatty, but also independent and appreciate my own space. I’m chilled, spontaneous and usually up for doing something, whether that’s food, sports, watching football, exploring the city or the occasional night out (although I don’t really drink). Definitely not looking for a full-on party house though!

Most of my week revolves around work, gym, football/boxing and cooking 😂 I’m big into health, fitness and nutrition, so I cook and meal prep most of my own food.

I’m also really into business, entrepreneurship and self-development, so I’m usually listening to a podcast or audiobook. Music-wise, mainly R&B and hip-hop (Drake, Bryson Tiller etc).

I’ll mostly be office-based with the occasional WFH day.

I’m looking for a friendly, social home where we genuinely get along, can do things together and hopefully bring out the best in each other, while still respecting each other’s space and independence.

I’m naturally tidy and would ideally live with people who are similar. Positive, ambitious, look after themselves and bring good energy to the home.

No preference whether I live with guys or girls!

What I’m looking for in a place 🏠

Ideally a modern, furnished apartment around Manchester City Centre, Castlefield, Ancoats, Northern Quarter or Salford Quays/MediaCity. I’ll be working in Altrincham, so I’m open to other nearby or well-connected areas for the right place.

Ideally:

* Modern and furnished
* On-site gym
* Sauna would be a bonus
* Off-street/secure parking preferably
* Good-sized kitchen
* Washing machine
* Clean and well maintained

Ultimately, somewhere that feels like a nice place to come home to rather than just somewhere to sleep!
