Quiet MSc student seeking furnished room for £500

Hi, I’m Michael, a 23-year-old MSc student at the University of Glasgow. I’m completing my dissertation in September and am currently applying for graduate surveying roles and suitable part-time work.

I’m looking for a furnished single or double room from 4 September 2026. My maximum budget is £500 per calendar month, ideally including council tax, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. I’m flexible about location and would consider Glasgow and the surrounding areas with reasonable public transport and local employment opportunities.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful and non-smoking. I don’t have pets, and I’m comfortable sharing a kitchen and bathroom. I generally appreciate a peaceful home, respect other people’s privacy and keep shared areas clean. I’m looking for somewhere stable for at least six months, although I can discuss the tenancy length depending on the property.

A washing machine and reliable Wi-Fi are important to me, and I would prefer a furnished room. I’m happy to live with either male or female flatmates and can provide identification, university details, and a reference from my current accommodation if required.
