Queer Young Professional Looking Room.

Hello peeps, I'm Jasper, hoping to find a new home 1st of September but can moving in earlier of later if needs be. I'm 22 and have just graduated Fine Art and am currently working in retail. I love painting, reading, cats, skating and meeting new people. I am looking for a chill home, I don't drink anymore but would love to socialise and do stuff with housemates if they want. I am quite clean and respectful of noise ( I enjoy cleaning and making an effort to make a space as cosy as possible).
I have previously lived with women/queer households and would prefer it but its not a deal braker. my budget it £700, please reach out if you know of anything or would like to live with me, thanks!
