Room wanted for professional female

Hi! I’m a young professional just graduated and about to begin working at the JR hospital and looking for a new home.

I’m particularly interested in Headington/OX3, Cowley Road /OX4 and Marston area. I’m also open to other areas with a good commute to the JR Hospital.

My budget is up to £800 pcm, preferably bills included. I’m open to both single and double rooms and preferably ensuite rooms.
A little about me: I’m clean, considerate, and easy-going, and I’m looking for a friendly home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space. I enjoy being social and getting to know my housemates. I’m particularly interested in a female household but also open to mixed.
