Recent Graduate Seeking Double Room with Parking

Hi! I’m a recent graduate moving to Cardiff for work. I’ll be commuting to the edge of Newport, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with easy access to the A48 or M4 while still being reasonably close to Cardiff city centre.

I’m looking for a furnished double room with parking. My budget is around £750 per month, ideally including bills, although I can be flexible for the right place.

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but I also enjoy having my own space. I’m clean and respectful, enjoy cooking, and would like to live with people who are happy to chat or occasionally do things together while maintaining a relaxed home.

I’m mainly considering areas such as Pontprennau, Old St Mellons, St Mellons and other locations that offer a sensible commute towards Newport.
