Professional looking for a room in Newton Abbot

I’m a 30-year-old structural engineer working full-time in Newton Abbot and I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room in the area.

I’m tidy, respectful, hardworking and easy to live with, and I’m equally happy having a chat and being sociable or keeping to myself and giving people their own space. I work full-time during the week and regularly go to the gym, so I tend to have a fairly settled routine.

I’m looking for somewhere I can treat as a proper home rather than just somewhere to stay, ideally with considerate and relaxed housemates or a live-in landlord.

I do vape occasionally, but only outdoors and would never smoke inside the property.
