A little about me :)

I’m Mark, a friendly, outgoing and considerate 29-year-old Irish/British guy moving to Edinburgh this September to begin a two-year postgraduate Occupational Therapy course at Queen Margaret University. I’m also planning to work alongside my studies, so I expect to be out and about quite a bit rather than being at home all the time.

I’m looking for a comfortable double room in a clean, welcoming flat or shared house, ideally with parking and good transport links to the university. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can feel at home throughout my studies, with the possibility of staying longer if it’s a good fit.

I’m clean, respectful and easy-going, and I’m very considerate of the people I live with. I’d ideally live with friendly, clean and respectful flatmates who are happy to socialise and do things together when it suits, but who also appreciate having their own space and independence.

I’m happy living with students or young professionals and would love to find a home with a relaxed, positive atmosphere where everyone gets along and respects each other.

I’ll be in Edinburgh for viewings this week and would be very happy to have a chat, meet potential flatmates or landlords, and provide any references or documentation needed. I’m looking forward to finding the right place and getting settled in Edinburgh for the next stage of my studies.
