Spacious Double bedroom wanted available now!!

Hello I’m Omar, I’m 35 years old professional and I’m looking for a spacious double bedroom preferably en-suite(not compulsory but would be cool)

My current tenancy agreement it’s ending on the 13th of September so I’m looking for a spacious double bedroom with bills included from £700 to maximum a £1000 with bills included available from now or first week of September.

Bear in mind I’m keen to pay between £850 and £1000 for spacious double bedroom with en-suite or studio flat bills included.

Areas I’m interested: Brighton (Park crescent, the level, York place, seven dials, st James street/kemptown, Brighton city centre), Hove (western street, Montpellier road, Brunswick place, church road, farm road area)

I’m really tidy and chill person, I’m working full time as a roofer for Kingsley ltd and my pay is every 15 days about £1.200 and monthly it’s around £2.400 plus I’m working in a bar 2/3 day a week or fortnightly at Brighton rocks which are allowing me to earn an extra £500/700 monthly on top of my roofing pay.

References from my landlord agency are available if needed.

During my free time I’m drawing and composing music. I’m super easy going and a good and reliable tenant.
