Professional/postgraduate couple - entire flat

We are a professional couple relocating from Brazil to Glasgow and looking for a well-maintained entire property to make our long-term home. Our preferred move-in window is 31 August–24 September, and we intend to stay for at least 12 months.

Caroline is starting a PhD in Comparative Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Glasgow, while Alvaro will accompany her as her dependent. We both work remotely as Technical Writers for a US-based company, with a combined income of approximately GBP58,000/year, alongside savings.

We are quiet, tidy, responsible non-smokers and would take great care of any property as our own. We are particularly interested in the West End, City Centre and surrounding areas with good access to the University.

As we are currently abroad, a friend already living in Glasgow can attend viewings on our behalf. We can provide references, proof of income/funds, university documentation and any other information required.
