Postgraduate female student. !

Hi! My name is Renata, although I go by Renee. I’m a 28-year-old postgraduate student from Mexico, starting an MSc in Plant Biotechnology and Enterprise at Durham University this September.

I’m looking for a room in Durham or within a reasonable commuting distance from 23 September 2026 until 31 August 2027 (52 weeks), with a budget of up to £550 per month with all bills included.

I’m clean, tidy, quiet and respectful. I don’t smoke or drink, and enjoy having a chat with housemates and love cooking homemade meals. Or just some quiet peace to focus on my studies.

I have an unconditional offer from Durham University and I can provide documentation confirming my studies and funding.
