Looking for a peaceful and tidy home

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and well-maintained home with good kitchen access, ideally from late September (I’m flexible on the move-in date). I’d love to live with respectful, tidy and considerate flatmates who enjoy a peaceful home environment. I’m a 25-year-old student, very clean and organised, and I enjoy cooking most of my meals at home. I value personal space, keep shared areas tidy, and I’m not a party person, so you can expect a calm, friendly and easy-going flatmate.
