Hi, I’m a 26-year-old female professional looking for a room in Woolwich, Abbey Wood or nearby areas with good transport links to Bexley.

I will be starting a full-time permanent position as a Music Teacher next month, so I’m looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable home with a reasonable commute to work. Ideally, I’d like to be within around 50 minutes by public transport to Bexley.

My preferred areas are:

* Woolwich, ideally within walking distance of Woolwich or Woolwich Arsenal station
* Abbey Wood, especially somewhere close to the Elizabeth line or convenient bus routes towards Bexley
* Nearby areas with similar transport links are also welcome

I’m particularly interested in a modern apartment or development, ideally with secure entry, concierge/reception and good building security.

A little about me: I’m clean, tidy, responsible and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets and rarely drink. I have a full-time permanent employment contract and can provide proof of employment and references if required.

I would ideally like to share with another female professional who is also clean, respectful and a non-smoker. I prefer a peaceful home rather than a party household, while still being happy to have a friendly and relaxed relationship with my flatmate.

I’m looking to move in around the end of August before 29th and would be happy to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.
