Clean WFH Grad Seeking Flatmate

Hi! I’m 22, have just graduated from Essex, and now work freelance as a financial/accounts analyst, mostly from home Monday to Friday.

I’m looking either for:
• A room in a friendly, clean flat within stumbling distance of the city centre, or
• Someone similarly minded to buddy up and find a place together.

Eitherways someplace I can move into by the end of August.

I’m very tidy and would love to live with someone who also takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and respectful. Aside from that, I’m an easy-going guy: always up for a relaxed pub night, a conversation about films, music, politics, or whatever else you’re into.

Music is a big part of my life! I make and play it (guitar and keyboard), and I’m hugely into the live-music scene. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys gigs, checking out local venues, or even making music together, though that’s definitely not essential.

At home, I’m happy doing my own thing but would ideally like a genuinely friendly flat dynamic: the occasional Street Fighter session on my PS, cooking or sharing a meal, watching TV, or simply being comfortable hanging out in the same space.

As I work from home during the week in a role involving confidential information, I’m looking for a decent-sized bedroom with enough space for a desk and a private, comfortable work setup (I’d need to work from my room rather than a shared space)
