Easygoing and tidy + cute dog

Currently living on my own with my dog in Dalston, but looking to relocate south of the river to make travel back to Kent and commute to London Bridge easier. Also looking to save some money so that I can actually buy a place in the next couple of years.

Sociable, friendly and never had any issues living with others in the past. Happy either becoming friends and hanging out, or just having a transactional housemate situation.

My dog is great with people and other dogs. People proactively ask to look after her.
